The Pequest Natural Resource Education Center in Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated seasonal instructor to join the staff in teaching science and outdoor education programs.

Job Description: Position entails conducting facility tours and fishing education programs, as well as other natural resource programs. New program development is also encouraged. Employee will assist with basic visitor services such as responding to phone inquiries, issuing licenses and dispensing information and literature. Some weekend work is required.

Requirements: Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in education, natural resources, natural sciences, natural history, outdoor recreation, or related fields, or be working towards a degree in one of these fields. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for teaching children are essential.

Compensation: $10.00 an hour
